Pakcaging Styles

Premade Stand-up Pouch (Doypack): A widely used pouch style for powders like protein powder, flour, or instant drink mixes. These pouches are equipped with a bottom gusset, allowing them to stand upright. They can also feature resealable zippers to maintain product freshness.
Premade Flat Bottom Pouch (Box Pouch): Offering increased capacity and excellent shelf stability, these pouches are commonly used for bulkier powder products. The flat base and side gussets provide a box-like shape, making them ideal for large volumes.
Premade Zipper Pouch: This pouch style includes a resealable zipper, ideal for powder products that need to be accessed multiple times. The zipper helps prevent moisture and air from entering the pouch, preserving product quality.
Premade Quad Seal Pouch: The quad-seal design ensures extra strength and durability for heavier or high-volume powder products, making the pouches less likely to deform or collapse under weight.
Premade Three-Side Seal Pouch: Used for smaller portions of powder, this pouch is sealed on three sides, with the top left open for filling. It’s often used for sample packs or single-serving powder products.
Premade Spout Pouch: For liquid or mixable powders (like instant drink powders), spout pouches provide a convenient dispensing solution, offering ease of use and resealability.
